Princess of Wales, a behind-the-scenes Christmas tree video released ahead of her Christmas service

The Princess of Wales shared a video of herself getting creative and decorating a Christmas tree ahead of her royal Christmas concert.

Kate, 40, will host the service tomorrow – the same day the next three episodes of the Sussex series are released – in honor of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, in which will be her first Christmas service since becoming Princess of Wales.

The service, Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, will be shown on ITV on Christmas Eve.

In the short clip, which was shared on Wales’ Instagram Stories, the royal is seen beaming as she fixes tinsel on a spruce branch, while Christmas music plays in the background.

Imposed on the screen is a short caption that reads: ‘Finishing touches before carol service Together at Christmas tomorrow’.

Keeping with the theme with the festive feeling, Kate wears a cozy cream winter sweater with a turtleneck.

She paired the hot top with a pair of black pants, tucking the heel into the waistband.

Meanwhile, she kept the look polished yet casual with an elegant hairstyle, letting her brown locks fall down her back in shiny, loose waves.

The princess finished off the ensemble with one of her trademark makeup looks, pairing a dewy sheer foundation with defined eyes and a soft pink lip.

Kate’s upcoming show will recognize the selfless efforts of communities across the UK, highlighting the importance of coming together to support each other.

Led by the princess, it will combine traditional and modern elements, reaching out to people of all faiths and none.

It is also set to honor the late Queen, and will see Westminster Abbey awash with festive decorations, as the world-famous Abbey Choir sings carols and special guests give special readings.

The King and Queen Consort will join the Princess of Wales for the service, which will take place on the same day that the second part of the Harry and Meghan documentary airs on Netflix.

Kensington Palace have confirmed that ‘The New Fab Four’, as they have been dubbed, will attend the ceremony together.

Last year, the princess’ event was attended by her husband, Prince William, as well as Zara and Mike Tindall and Sophie Wessex.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were also present and were pictured singing along to the songs and hymns.

It was also a family affair for the princess, with her parents Carole and Michael Middleton, as well as her siblings James and Pippa, also in attendance.

This year’s event falls on the same day that Netflix will release the final three episodes of its Harry and Meghan docuseries.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have yet to watch the documentary, nor do they address any of the stories the Sussexes shared in the first three episodes.

While nothing particularly salacious has been revealed, William is said to be suspicious of Harry’s motives, as he has a book coming out early next year.

A friend said: ‘The Prince is a very private man and what Harry is doing is anathema to everything he believes in. For this alone, many believe that he is unlikely to be able to mend his relationship with them. A lot of water has gone under the bridge.
